Meet our friend John Campbell. John grew up working with his father at Campbell's Butchers, in Aughnacliffe, longford, Ireland. He’s making his fathers secret Irish breakfast sausage with us for our St. Pat’s specials. This recipe is so secret his dad sent him the spice mixture from Ireland without telling him what’s in it! We’re proud to be serving up the most authentic Irish sausages in Wisconsin. Here’s our St. Pat’s specials starting saturday: Entree-House brined Wells Farms corned beef brisket with Irish bacon braised cabbage, red potatoes, carrots, onions, sour cream and chive. Pizza- house made Irish sausages, roasted potatoes, kale, Irish cheddar, yellow onion and truffled creme fraiche. Dessert- Margo Campbell’s (john’s ma) Brown Bread Ice Cream. (Straight outta Aughnacliffe) Drinks- Small Far Away- irish brown ale brewed with irish specialty malt and lactose. A Trans-Alantic Collaboration between Wisconsin Brewing Company, One Barrel Brewing Company & Blacks Brewery&Distillery from Kinsale, Ireland.
